Many spiritual traditions describe an energy field that surrounds the human body.

You see, its unfortunate that so many of us are running programs that were imprinted at a very young age, or even inherited from our Ancestors. In ancient traditions emotions are viewed as energies.

The experience of fear, for example, gives us an opportunity to confront, acknowledge, and transform our boundaries and the illusion of separation. And when we feel love, when we feel into that emotional state, we heal, we become powerful beyond measure. Those who feel love and give love are able to receive love in return and are able to accomplish any goal.

What  is  the  Enneagram?

The  Enneagram  is  a  personality  typing  system  that  serves  as  a   powerful  gateway  to  your  inner  wisdom  and  can  shed  light  on   behaviors  which  might  be  undermining  your  ability  to  access   wholeness,  true  intimacy,  and  the  fulfillment  of  your  life’s   dreams.

 

On  my  own  journey  to  healing  from  trauma  and  depression  and   in  working  with  thousands  of  clients  to  reclaim  their  health,   happiness  and  abundance  I  discovered  that  certain  personality   traits  made  certain  people  more  prone  to  mystery  diseases  like   chronic  fatigue  and  immune  system  failure,  than  others.

 

It  seems  that  type  1  (reformers/perfectionists),  type  2  (givers),   type  3  (achievers)  and  type  6  (loyalist/anxiety  types)  are   naturally  more  pre  disposed  to  chronic  fatigue  and  auto  immune   disease.

 

I  speak  about  the  effects  of  unresolved  adverse  childhood   experiences

 

and  chronic  unpredictable  stress  a  lot,  as  it  is  a   foundational  step  of  my  work  with  root  cause  resolution  for  my   clients.

I  have  an  insatiable  thirst  for  knowledge  as  an  enneagram  type  7   and  continue  to  master  completion  and  focusing  on  just  1  thing.   It  has  taken  me  a  long  time  to  realize  that  it  is  okay  to  be    present  in  whatever  I  am  doing  now  without  going  into  the    future  even  when  I  am  very  actively  busy.

Living beyond judgement is the authentic path to freedom.

One of the biggest toxic stressors is the addiction to approval, an energy of disease we take on when our need for approval over rides our own intuitive process to choose what we most need to stay healthy and happy regardless of the manipulations to control from others.

Its not your fault, its the bad programming of this reality and something I go deeper in to resolving through my work with adverse childhood experiences or ACES.

For today, just know that the approval trap worked for you in the past to keep you safe.

While you do want to know that what you’re doing is OK with them, what you really learnt as a child was to  avoid confrontation and judgment.

Your nervous system is wired for survival as is the primal part of your brain, which has not changed much to the modern standard of living in an unsafe world!

We have all be taught to believe (programmed against our true nature and gut knowing), that if get others to approve of us and of our actions

before we take action that they will also approve of our outcomes and

successes and they won’t criticize or judge us for them. And as you have probably experienced in your life, that doesn’t always happen.

Whether we succeed or we fail, approval can be hard to come by and we generally seek approval from people who won’t give it to us.

So we’re criticized and judge for everything even though we do everything we can go get others’ approval. What can we do?

change the way u look at things

There is a solution and it is up to us to make changes. We need to change our toxic approval energy into authentic authoritative energy,

where we acknowledge ourselves as the creator of our reality.

This is the spiral path, inwards where we get to heal from our adverse childhood experiences sabotaging the truth of whom we came here to be.

Yes, forget seeking approval and instead, become an authority (the author of) our reality.

Rewrite your story by shifting the illusion of separation, of not enough ness and get back to living intimacy ( in to me see).

How to stop worrying and start living happy is a choice!

I know what it feels like to not live in to my YES and It breaks my heart to see incredible, powerful women let fear stop them from achieving the health, happiness and success
they know is possible by capping their happiness and making themselves wrong.

It’s a touchy subject that has had me squirming more than once when I have reached out looking for the “right” person to support me
in getting out of my own way when I am stuck in the yes but, and other mean self talk.

Maybe I’ll piss you off so much you will hit unsubscribe and never want to speak to me again, that is okay, I won’t stop loving you where you are.
I am not going anywhere. I am willing to give up having you in my tribe ( for now) if it will help you get into action in your Diamond zone of genius and high shine.

I speak to women every day that have so much to offer in their unique zone of genius and then something happens – they stop trusting and start thinking about all the reasons and justifications WHY they can not instead of asking How can I……..???

Just last week I spoke with a woman who had had enough of the old self sabotage, the pain, the stress and overwhelm showing up in different versions of the old stories. She was ready to take a leap into the unknown, unravel, get to the root and change it! She wanted private mentoring with me. We spoke about what it was coming her to not get to root of her pain. She was so ready, so excited to rewrite her story and reset her nervous system. As she tapped into her pain she received that the very things she had experienced as sickness and childhood trauma was her purpose and potential> She acknowledged it was time to share her story, that her heart was telling her to say yes and make the leap into my FACET private mentorship program, and she said YES to that knowing, that she was done playing small and scared……

The next day she backed out, stating that she said yes, “in a moment of weakness.”
“I just did  not think it through, I don’t know what came over me.” she said
and she stepped away from her YES and back into a place where she knew how to cap her happiness
and settle for less.

When is listening to your higher self EVER a moment of weakness?
Do you want to know what weakness actually is? It’s when you won’t listen to your heart and only listen to your head, which will tell you any kind of lie it needs to in order to keep you right where you are. It cautions you to be careful, weigh your options, list the pros and cons, and don’t do anything that will cause you stress.

Well, guess what?
Accessing your true nature DOES causes stress. It stretches you and makes you feel uncomfortable, because you’re doing something you’ve never done before!  Your comfort zone is called the comfort zone for a reason: because you’re comfortable there!

Your Diamond zone of genius, not excellence, GENIUS does not lie in your comfort zone. 
If you want to go where the magic happens, you must leap where it tells you to leap before you know how it’s all going to work out. You don’t get trust first and THEN do the scary thing; you gain trust AS YOU DO THE SCARY THING.

“To get what you’ve never had,
you must do things that you’ve never done.”

“Thinking things through” will close the door on more opportunities and miracles than you can even imagine.

Being your OWN magic and medicine, requires that you follow the body nudges ( it feels intense, painful even – to get your full attention) where your heart whispers and encourages you and  let your head work out the logistics along the way. Start trusting yourself that you’ll be have the time and money to invest in your dreams, because I promise it will require an investment of both to create miracles. At the least the kind of miracles you want to make.

It will take mindful change to rewire your nervous system and reboot your brain from all the old beliefs holding you prisoner in the confines of a crazy mind so it no longer runs your life and makes you sick with stress and overwhelm.

It’s not that hard once you get the hang of it. But you’ve got to stop thinking things through, or you’ll think yourself right into rut after rut after rut.
You will keep capping your happiness and make you self sick, tired and depressed!!

It does not have to be this way!

“I’ve said yes to too many things”

“There’s never enough time to do what I want”

“I have no space in my life, no breathing room”

“I don’t know who I am any more life is so chaotic”

 

Can you relate to the heaviness
the self judgement
the lack of vitality in all those

I myself have days of beating myself up
The recovering perfectionists, A type
super women out there,
I hear you.

If you work with me, you know
its just all interesting points of view
Its not true.
And then you slow down
get really present in your body
with the feelings
and you use the “Peace process”
the somatic movements
and you integrate
and release
and come back to your True Nature.

 

Have you ever found that there’s just

no way to get everything done that you’ve

committed to?

 

So what’s the first thing that gets

knocked off the list?

Self care and self love take a back seat

to agreements we have to others.

 

Other people’s agendas start to become

the way we “prioritize” our time.

 

Do you check your phone or computer

for email or social media

first thing in the morning?

 

If you think about it, email is just

an organized list of other people’s agendas,

requests, and priorities of YOUR time.

 

It’s tricky because we live in a society that

rewards people for being quick, taking massive action

and responding to intense deadlines.

 

But the price we pay for “instant” success, can be

more long term challenges with our health or friends and family

relationships that we haven’t had time to invest in.

 

This constant sense of urgency, impatience,

feeling behind, GO GO GO, full steam ahead

INTERNAL PRESSURE tends to be

what is most associated with heart disease.

 

There’s even a psychological term for it,

“Hurry Sickness,” defined as, “a behavior pattern

characterized by continual rushing and anxiousness;

an overwhelming and continual sense of urgency.”

 

Sound familiar?

It’s becoming an epidemic among business owners.

 

The conversations I have with my
clients who are living life on their own terms now,
their success came when they added mindfulness
around not what to do-
but what to STOP DOING.

 

I’m constantly having to remind myself and
my clients to

S L O W  D O W N.
I remind them that yes,

you will achieve your big WHAT, your living legacy
your greatest dreams and desires,
just not all at once!

 

Tony Robbins has a saying,

“People overestimate what they can do in 1 year,

and underestimate what they can do in 10 years.”

 

Remember the story about the tortoise and the hare?

Slow and steady wins the race.

 

There used to be this thing called “spare time”,

which is time that’s available for things other than work…

 

It’s now upgraded to “leisure time,” which is

time available for ease and relaxation.

 

Our bodies and minds were not built for

continuous stress

We are supposed to follow the seasons
get in synch with the 5 elements feeding cycle
tick to the chinese clock
Tend to our inner garden
Rest and digest

 

When we don’t
Depression and anxiety sets in
Inflammation in the gut and joints make
our bodies ache and hurt
Blood pressure spikes,
hearts wear out,

we suffer from chronic stress
we have breakdowns.
we burn out

We are not PRESENT to the
miracles all around us
The simple things.
We forget who we are
We give up on dreams and
desires.

 

And if you take a deep look,

there’s really few times during the day that

you actually need to rush.

 

Multi-tasking while you eat,
speed walking,
skipping breaks,

getting impatient in conversations,
all are a part of

your internal push.
Resistance
Self judgement

What is it costing you
this dying to live a
purpose driven
meaningful life?

 

If you calculated the costs (like to your health)

you might start to slow down and replenish yourself.
GET REALLY PRESENT
Go to bed before 10pm
Dance and stretch your body.

 

Taking time off to relax doesn’t really work with this Inner Voice Trance,

because we tend to want to “hurry up with the relaxing already”

so we can get back to doing things. 😉

 

So when you notice that “hurry sickness”, the tension, stress and anxiety creeping up,

taking hold in your body as pain or tension
or you find yourself checking out
here are some simple reminders you can say to yourself

to create more PRESENCE, more white space in your life:

  • “It’s okay to relax and take my time”
  • “Everything does not have to be accomplished today or even tomorrow”
  • “It’s okay to take the time I need to respond accurately”
  • “I don’t have to check email first thing in the morning”
  • Even though I am afraid to slow down, I am going to
